Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active pin4d account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Real-money gaming on pin4d is restricted to adults aged 21 and over. This requirement applies to all citizens and residents accessing the platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order — whether imposed by pin4d or by any nationally recognized problem-gambling program — that restricts your ability to access online gaming services.
• You must not have had a previous pin4d account suspended or permanently closed for a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of pin4d or its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration

Each eligible person may register exactly one pin4d account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts held by that person and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth;
• A valid email address to which you have sole and continuing access;
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number;
• A username and a strong, unique password of your own creation.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your account details in the event that any registered information changes. pin4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registered information at any time.

pin4d reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without providing a reason for such refusal, at its sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted or offered by pin4d;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify pin4d's support team immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

pin4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and data transmissions. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and you acknowledge that you assume the residual risk associated with any unauthorized access that results from your own failure to safeguard your credentials.

pin4d will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pin4d is required to verify the identity and age of its members as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at any time but is mandatory before any withdrawal request above the threshold set by pin4d is processed.

When requested, you must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or equivalent document issued by a recognized government authority;
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of payment method: Where withdrawals are directed to a specific bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, or BSI) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), confirmation that the payment method belongs to you.

pin4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is completed to pin4d's satisfaction. Failure to provide the required documentation within30 days of a request may result in account suspension.

Deposits

All deposits to your pin4d account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pin4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia);
• E-walets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pin4d does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment method will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account and are subject to change at pin4d's discretion. Standard bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of confirmed bank receipt. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 1–3 minutes.

Bonuses & Promotions

pin4d offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its individual terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–15%. Video Poker and Bandar Ceme contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Sports wagers on markets with odds below 1.50 may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum single wager permitted per bet or spin is Rp 100.000 unless the individual promotion states a higher limit. Wagers placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: pin4d reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of software to systematically exploit promotional terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from within your pin4d account dashboard at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 5 for withdrawals above the stated threshold;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your pin4d account;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied in full before the withdrawal request will be processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account dashboard and is subject to change at pin4d's discretion.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (from the point at which pin4d approves the request):

• E-walets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 15–60 minutes;
• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI): Typically within 1–4 hours during banking hours (WIB 08:00–21:00); requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following business day.

pin4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Members will be notified via their registered email address if additional information is required. Withdrawal requests may be declined if pin4d has grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pin4d — including live casino, slots, Video Poker, Bandar Ceme (Indonesia's domino-based card game), and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each respective game interface or sportsbook market view.

All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software that is subject to independent third-party audit. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published and accessible from within the slots section of the platform.

Live casino tables are operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments. All dealing is conducted in real time and is streamed in high definition. The physical outcome of each hand or spin constitutes the final result; no modification of the outcome is possible after dealing or spinning has commenced.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or data transmission interruption — pin4d's system logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state at the time of failure. pin4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed outcomes in favor of the Member where system logs confirm the Member held a winning position at the time of failure, but accepts no liability for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control.

Sportsbook bet settlement is final once confirmed. pin4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or results in a walkover, in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules published in the sportsbook section.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pin4d and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, exploit promotional terms, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats such as Bandar Ceme;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain a financial advantage. Any winings obtained via a known or suspected software error must be reported to support and will be subject to review and potential forfeiture;
• Engaging in any activity that pin4d reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pin4d staff or other members via any communication channel;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any other behavior designed to exploit pin4d's promotional terms dishonestly.

Responsible Gaming

pin4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible from within your account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily restrict your account for24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without triggering a full self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from pin4d. Exclusions take effect immediately. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed; temporary exclusions may not be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on pin4d — including but not limited to the platform's name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, databases, and compiled data sets — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform's content without prior written authorization from pin4d;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;
• Use pin4d's branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written consent.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pin4d and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game-result data;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any losses arising from events outside pin4d's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, or banking system outages.

Where pin4d's liability cannot be excluded by law, pin4d's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes pin4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by pin4d's negligence.

Governing Law

pin4d operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. The platform holds a gaming authorization issued by a recognized international licensing authority. The Operator complies with the anti-money laundering, KYC, and responsible gaming obligations required under its licensing conditions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through pin4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pin4d makes no representation that its services are available for use or permitted in all locations from which the platform may be technically accessible.

Amendments

pin4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pin4d will notify registered Members via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case the change will take effect immediately upon publication.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page reflect the most current published version of this Agreement. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.
